Who am I?
I’m Nelyest Wanderlinder, a professional coach and talent and management expert with over 20 years of experience in both family-owned and multicultural organizations, operating locally and globally in Venezuela and Canada. Throughout my career, I’ve witnessed—and experienced firsthand—how coaching can transform cultures, teams, and professional paths.

I lived it myself: I went through a coaching process that marked a turning point in my leadership. I transitioned from being a boss who gave instructions to becoming a leader who inspires, listens, and empowers her team. Since then, coaching has not only been a tool; it has become a part of my management philosophy and my way of serving others.

I’ve supported frontline managers, mid-level leaders, and professionals in uncovering hidden strengths, overcoming internal barriers, and moving toward their goals with clarity and confidence. Today, I want to extend that support beyond the organizations I’ve worked with to help more people develop their potential with freedom, purpose, and meaning.

We begin with a free introductory session. This space will help you understand how I work, ask any questions you may have, and decide if this process is right for you

Coaching Sessions
After our first conversation, we’ll agree together on the number of sessions—usually between 2 and 5 sessions over a period of three months. Each session lasts between 45 and 60 minutes and is held via Zoom

Commitment
Coaching sessions offer a powerful opportunity for self-discovery, goal and action plans setting, and empowerment to move toward what you truly want. However, the real impact depends on your active participation, your willingness to reflect, and your openness to explore answers within yourself. This is a two-way process: I will guide you with questions, structure, and support—and you choose how far you want to go by committing to your actions and goals. Together, we’ll create the space for your transformation
